Welcome to your TeamDrive support page. If you have any questions please review the FAQ section, the user manual and the tutorial first, before contacting our support team for individual support.  You can search our Website and you can enter our TeamDrive forum for additional help.

In the case you face technical problems with your TeamDrive client software we need a detailed description and your logfiles to analyse your problem. You can compile and send these informations comfortably and safe right out of your TeamDrive client. Open your TeamDrive Explorer and you will find the support Form under the Help menu. Only in the case TeamDrive does not start, or you have other support questions you can use the support form from this website.

When we reply to your case, we may offer remote support. We can either use our "one2one" support tool or we can support you via TeamViewer.

An onsite visit is not necessary, thanks to TeamDrive one2one. Naturally, the access to your PC is only possible with your explicit agreement.
