TeamDrive Remote Support

For our TeamDrive Professional customers we do provide remote support capabilities. Upon request and only with your explicit invitation you can grant us remote access to your computer.

How it works:

  • Please contact the TeamDrive support team first to arrange a time and voice connection (phone or Skype) for the remote session.
  • Download the required TeamDrive Remote Support client (below).
  • Save the file on your computer and start the application.
  • Our support team will provide you a 5 digit session key over the phone. Enter the number in your application and start the session.
  • You can now show us your problem and we can help from remote.
  • At any time you can interrupt the session.
  • If you disconnect the session, all remote activities are stopped immediately. There is no further access to your machine possible.
