TeamDrive works very well as a secure and excellent offline WebDAV client for backup and colloboration purpose.

TeamDrive Personel is advertising free. It provides you with extra sapce in the TeamDrive dashboard, the TeamDrive Explorer. In addition the personal license supports the use of your own secure WebDAV server using the HTTPS protocol. As a smart WebDAV client you can use TeamDrive even as a collaboration client for any WebDAV enabled service which you may already use, such as MobileMe, Box.net or many others. You can use your personal license on up to 3 devices with your username. You can sync your files between your desktop, your notebook or your USB Driveand we support Windows, Mac OS 10.5 and Linux.

TeamDrive Professional is the license for corporations, businesses and anyone who needs the additional features and services. This version comes with free phone and remote support and it is very flexibel to integrate it into corporate environments.
With TeamDrive every user can decide for himself which service level, feature set and which license he wants to use. It is guaranteed that all TeamDrive clients are compatible and you can invite any TeamDrive user regardless of the license he might use. This makes TeamDrive a very flexible worldwide network, similar to a public phone network. Your TeamDrive username is your phone number for file exchange and collaboration.
