When do I have to pay when I use TeamDrive?

A few basics about the TeamDrive licensing model first.

Any TeamDrive client can collaborate with any other, regardless of the individual client licence. The available local features will have no disruptive influence on the content in SharedSpaces.

There will be allways a free client availible for anyone to recieve invitations and collaborate in secure shared spaces.

Each user decides for himself which client license he wants to work with and which service level he expects and features he needs. Independend of other team members decision.

Only the person who creates a new SharedSpace pays for the traffic and storage of his Space. He (or his client default settings) decides which hosting server is used for that Space and who will gain access to the content. A TeamDrive client can communicate with an unlimited number of different host servers and it does that automatically, completely invisible to the users.
